Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; collaborate with a supportive team; paid training and RBT certification provided; full-time schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; located in North Cibolo (Schertz, TX); entry-level role with growth opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
