Job Summary
Direct Support Professional provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and engaging in play-based learning activities. Responsible for maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborating with a supportive team. Paid training includes certification for RBT; role offers full-time hours, with a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and movement
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinic when needed
