Job Summary
Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration at a person-supported home. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community while supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life. Assist with learning, working, and playing in local communities for people with disabilities. This role offers a $15 per hour starting rate with tenure pay, annual bonuses, and shift premiums for Saturday and Sunday evenings. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, possess basic computer skills, and pass background and drug screenings. Easter Seals of Tennessee trains all new hires to ensure success in this mission-driven environment.
