Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional providing in-home support under the ISP plan, including personal care (bathing, grooming), household tasks, accompaniment to appointments, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.Responsibilities include recognizing changes in health/safety, reporting to family/case management, maintaining client confidentiality, and adapting to flexible scheduling (possible overtime). Must hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification; valid Ohio driver’s license with low points and reliable transportation required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.
