Job Summary
Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day, assisting with personal care needs while encouraging independence and safety. Lead and participate in fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events to help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where participants can socialize. Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program, and observe participants to communicate any changes to the manager. Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service in a newly remodeled facility with a consistent daytime schedule, no nights or weekends, and competitive pay including paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements
- A caring, dependable, and positive attitude
- Enjoys working with older adults
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related field
