Job Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for implementing individualized care plans, attending to personal care needs, ensuring the health and safety of individuals supported, participating in activities, and assisting with daily housekeeping. The DSP provides care and support to residents to help them achieve daily living goals. Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available. This role requires a valid NYS Driver’s License, but no previous experience is needed as training is provided.
