Job Summary
Support daily routines including meal prep, personal care, and household tasks for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy while assisting with community activities, employment, and social engagement. Follow individualized support plans and health/behavioral strategies to ensure safety, dignity, and respect at all times. Communicate with supervisors and complete basic documentation. This role offers flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts in part-time or full-time capacity for compassionate individuals seeking meaningful work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass PA background clearances
- Comfortable working independently while part of a team
