Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Wealshire in Medina, providing care for residents with dementia/Alzheimer's. Starting pay is $22 per hour with a year-round, full-time schedule (shifts include early, afternoon, and overnight). Training is provided and schooling reimbursement is available to pursue CNA credentials. Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, PTO, shift differential pay, incentives, 401(k) and profit sharing, uniform allowance, license renewals paid, and tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 annually.
