Direct Support Professional (DSP) Support Services- Baltimore County/ Perry Hall

Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Support a woman in the Bel Air area by facilitating home and community activities while working on skills to increase independence. Cultivate meaningful relationships and implement strategies to achieve personal goals through patient, respectful, and trustworthy engagement. Shifts include Sunday 5p–11p, Wednesday 11p–9a, Thursday 11p–9a, and Saturday 5p–11p, totaling 32 hours with flexibility based on individual needs. Some lifting and transferring may be required. Paid training includes CPR/First Aid and opportunities for Med Tech Certification. Eligibility requires a high school degree/GED and a current driver's license with less than three points.
