Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed to support individuals with disabilities or chronic mental health conditions at Hope Haven. Responsibilities include providing hands-on support per the service plan (hygiene, escort, mealtime assistance), teaching self-management, completing client logs and documentation within 24 hours, assisting with daily activity schedules, coordinating appointments and transportation, and promoting safety. Requires high school diploma or GED preferred, valid Class C license, ability to pass medication administration, strong communication, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; benefits include health insurance, retirement plan with employer match, PTO, and various supplemental benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Background checks required
- Proof of state minimum liability insurance
