Direct Support Professional (DSP) Spanish

Assist students with autism in daily living skills, including personal care and meal planning, while implementing behavioral interventions to promote positive behaviors. Provide direct support during therapy sessions for ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized education plans and behavioral intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with staff, families, and healthcare providers. Work flexible community habilitation and respite service shifts Monday through Saturday.
