Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist) provides hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include direct care, safety monitoring, medication administration, de-escalation of interfering behavior, assisting with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene), and facilitating community activities. The role requires participating in training to develop skills, and offers bonuses, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible for full-time employment with a $1,000 retention bonus every three months for those in good standing and a $1,000 referral bonus for employee referrals.
