Job Summary
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs while supporting health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans. Monitor safety, provide appropriate supervision and intervention, and build positive relationships to encourage independence and community involvement. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe environment, and travel between multiple Hope Network locations as needed. This role requires a compassionate, adaptable team member with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs, working flexible shifts to accommodate program needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
