Job Summary
Support clients in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management. Foster a positive relationship while promoting their independence and personal choices. Assist clients in developing everyday living skills and participate in social and recreational activities. Document client progress and maintain accurate records of care and support provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care. Work full-time 3p-11p shifts in a community-based residential program designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

- Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field
