Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential role providing direct support in a group home setting. Responsible for ensuring health and safety, providing emergency support, collaborating as a team member, assisting individuals with goals and daily living skills (hygiene, shopping, laundry, meal prep), transportation to appointments/programs/employment, and documenting in the online system. Must be able to read and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP). Shift includes 24 hours in the group home with 6am–10pm regular hours and 10pm–6am sleep time.
