Job Summary
Ensure health and safety of individuals and provide emergency support when necessary. Assist individuals with daily living skills including personal hygiene, shopping, laundry, and meal preparation while transporting them to doctor appointments and programs. Participate as a team member to help implement Individual Support Plans and complete required documentation on the online system. Maintain an operational vehicle with valid registration and insurance for daily travel. Full-time role with 6am to 10pm regular hours and 10pm to 6am sleep time.
