Job Summary
Conduct daily activities for residents including meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance. Provide companionship and supervision while ensuring safety and well-being. Serve as a positive role model, advocate, and communicator for residents, families, and the care team. Perform other light duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and work independently with good judgment. Requires valid driver's license, age 18 or older, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to type on a computer keyboard
