Job Summary
Provide respectful, person-centered support based on each person's individual needs and goals. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment. Support community involvement, recreation, appointments, and transportation as assigned. Encourage independence, informed choices, and skill development while completing required documentation accurately. Protect the rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of the people supported. Follow all policies, training requirements, and health and safety procedures. Work day shifts with dependable attendance, ensuring a patient, respectful approach to helping people live more independently.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and drug screening
- Dependable attendance
- Availability to work assigned day shifts

Desired Qualifications
