Protect and honor the rights of people with disabilities while ensuring a safe and clean home environment. Teach skills to increase independence such as eating, cooking, and bathing, and document data displaying individual goals and progression. Assist in finding and participating in meaningful community activities, working independently or with co-workers to enhance the growth of individuals served. Participate in ongoing professional training and obtain required certifications through paid training. Maintain a flexible schedule between 6:45am-7pm or 6:45pm-7am in Gainesville, GA, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
