Job Summary
Empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence, plan community events and outings, and communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team while providing empathetic, quality care. Part-time schedule includes Friday evenings and Saturday nights; weekend availability is required. Current driver's license and high school diploma needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
