Job Summary
Monitor safety 24/7, including one-on-one checks and crisis prevention, while assisting individuals with mobility, activities of daily living, and health management. Foster collaborative relationships through consistent communication and support community participation, vocational goals, and educational interests. Help build problem-solving skills and ensure accurate documentation of care plans and medical appointments. Requires a valid Michigan driver's license, high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED
- Valid State of Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations
- Possess basic computer skills
