Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting daily living activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Key responsibilities include facilitating community integration, documenting daily activities, encouraging personal independence, and assisting with personal care tasks. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
