Job Summary
Provide intensive individual support and personal care to adults with disabilities in a licensed community residential facility. Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills. Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation. Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Documentation including time/attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports, must be completed promptly. Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation. Foster community integration by encouraging use of public resources and recreational opportunities. Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
- Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
