Direct Support Professional (DSP) - P12-08

Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients while promoting independence and autonomy through daily living and behavior management skills. Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation, administer medications ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and use the least intrusive intervention methods. Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports. Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation. This role offers paid training, benefits, 403b, and AFLAC with a Thursday-Saturday schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
