Job Summary
Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients while teaching daily living and behavior management skills. Engage residents in structured activities, administer medications, and complete required documentation including time logs, daily reports, and progress notes. Participate in ongoing communication for program implementation, maintain strict confidentiality, and foster community integration through public resource use. Work a rotating schedule of Friday 10:30pm–6:30am and Saturday 2:30pm–6:30am totaling 24 hours per week. No experience required; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
- Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver's License and insurable under company policy
