Job Summary
Empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage resident independence and plan community-building events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while maintaining accountability within a supportive team. Deliver quality, empathetic care to individuals with autism, neurological rehabilitation needs, and other developmental disabilities. Requires full-time Sunday through Wednesday overnight shift (11pm–9am) with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams
- Open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
