Job Summary
Empower children and adults to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage independence by planning community events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while belonging to a supportive team that holds one another accountable. Work full-time overnight shifts from Thursday 11:30pm to 9:30am, with weekend availability required. This role supports individuals with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities at Bancroft, a leading service provider with 2,700 employees across 200+ facilities in NJ and DE.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams
- Open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
