Job Summary
Empower adults with developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care and encourage their independence. Plan community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Work within a supportive team that holds one another accountable, ensuring compassionate and empathetic care. This role requires full-time Sunday-to-Wednesday overnight hours from 11pm to 9am, with weekend availability and a current driver's license in good standing. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
