Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities during daily routines and community outings. Offer verbal reminders and guidance through daily activities, assist with personal care tasks as needed, and follow the Individual Support Plan while accurately documenting services. Communicate consistently with the care team and family regarding the individual's progress and needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, or Union Counties are required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Full-time and part-time flexible hours are available across six NJ counties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport the individual in the community
- Reliable transportation within Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, or Union County
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain
