Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support during community outings and recreational activities while offering verbal reminders and guidance through daily routines. Follow the Individual Support Plan and accurately document services provided, communicating consistently with the care team and family. Assist with personal care tasks as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, or Union County are required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling are available across six NJ counties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport the individual in the community
- Reliable transportation within Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, or Union County
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain
