Direct Support Professional DSP

Provide direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, acting as a role model while administering medication and assisting with personal care. Inspire clients toward independence across home and community settings, and actively promote recreational and social outings using company vehicles. Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, primarily in English. This full-time position offers paid training, tuition reimbursement, and health benefits, with pay ranging from $15.10 to $16.75/hr. Work hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis rather than a fixed 40-hour schedule, though a 40-hour CRMA certification is required for per diem roles.
