Job Summary
Provide direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes, including general housekeeping, meal planning and cooking, medication administration, outings, transportation, and assistance with bathing and toileting needs. Handle high-stress environments while performing tasks that may involve lifting over 50 pounds and standing for multiple hours. Maintain a valid driver's license with less than six points and pass required physical, drug, and background checks. High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Sign-on bonuses of up to $100 for First Aid/CPR certification and $200 for Med Admin certification are available.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Drivers License (Less than 6 points)
- Applicant must be able to handle high stress environments
- Applicant must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds or more
- Applicant must be able to be on their feet for multiple hours
- Applicant must be able to pass a physical & drug screen
- Applicant must be able to pass a Background Check
