Job Summary
Assist individuals with personal care, housekeeping, and daily living tasks including shopping, personal possessions management, and social activities. Observe for behavioral and physical changes, report as appropriate, and offer input into treatment plan development while maintaining required documentation. Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment for residents with mental health diagnoses in a therapeutic Long-Term Structured Residence setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience working directly with individuals with mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities
