Job Summary
Provide respectful, individualized care and assist with personal needs like dressing, bathing, and feeding. Support daily living activities including cooking, cleaning, and laundry while participating in community outings such as bowling, shopping, and exercise. Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines and complete all assigned documentation tasks. This role offers flexible scheduling from 8 to 40 hours per week, with morning, evening, or overnight shifts available. Every other weekend is required, along with holiday and fill-in opportunities. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour for part-time and $18.00 per hour for full-time staff after a 90-day introductory period. Benefits include paid training, overtime pay, and competitive perks.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license & acceptable driving record
- Must pass MN DHS Background Study
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, no experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience: CNA, PCA, DSP, caregiver, or similar
