Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs, including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill-building. Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments while maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming living environments through laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Teach valuable skills ranging from financial management to communication and serve as a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. Accurately document care and daily activities. This role offers consistent, predictable scheduling with pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, including paid training, education assistance, and comprehensive health benefits.
