Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for providing person-centered supports to individuals in their homes and communities. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building, transportation to activities and medical appointments, maintaining safe and clean living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation), teaching skills (e.g., financial management, communication), offering companionship, guidance, and advocacy, and accurately documenting care and daily activities. Eligible candidates should demonstrate compassion, reliability, willingness to learn, and possess a valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation; background check required through DHS.
