Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living needs, personal care, household tasks, and community activities. Promotes independence, health, and safety; advocates for active community participation. Role includes helping others engage in hobbies and social activities. Requires HS diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's degree or related experience preferred) and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
