Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) role supporting adult men with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health needs in residential settings. Responsibilities include coaching, advocating, mentoring, and teaching life skills; working as part of a team within men’s homes; implementing Individual Support Plans, Behavior Plans, and Nursing Care plans; documenting progress; enabling participants to pursue interests, employment, volunteering, sports, and recreation; and upholding a respectful, adaptable support approach. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
