Job Summary
Conduct personal care routines, hygiene, and grooming for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Administer medication, monitor health, and document medical needs accurately. Support meaningful relationships through get-togethers, phone calls, and family interactions. Drive agency vehicles to provide transportation. Listen attentively during meals and maintain a positive, safe work environment with co-workers. Full-time evening, overnight, day, and weekend shifts available across Erie and Niagara counties. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication skills
- The physical ability to lift and transfer people who rely on wheelchairs for mobility
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a computer efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
