Job Summary
Empower adults with developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized care plans and encourage their independence. Plan community events and outings while communicating regularly with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team environment. This role requires full-time overnight shifts from Thursday 11pm-9am and weekend availability, with a competitive hourly rate of $19.06-$19.44. Applicants must be 18 or older, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver's license.
