Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and supervision to individuals with disabilities, assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care, support behavior management and individual service plans, administer medications, transport individuals to community activities, and maintain a clean and supportive environment. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of professional experience, a valid Driver's License with active insurance, and strong communication skills.
