Job Summary
Assist students with autism in daily living skills, including personal care, meal planning, and self-advocacy. Implement behavioral interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and facilitate communication between staff, families, and healthcare providers. Provide direct support during therapy sessions for ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized education plans and behavioral intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions. Schedule includes 3.5 hours Monday through Thursday and 3 hours Friday and Saturday.
