Job Summary
Conduct daily personal care routines including feeding, medication administration, bathing, and showering. Manage light housework such as cooking and meal prep while maintaining accurate documentation of service notes and attendance. Provide transportation for medical appointments and outside activities, and offer behavioral support to residents, including managing potential outbursts. Maintain a valid driver's license with two years of consecutive driving experience and pass required background screenings. This role offers flexible scheduling options ranging from 36 to 40 hours per week with guaranteed hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License with 2 years of consecutive driving experience and less than 3 moving violations within the past 36 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/physical/TB/drug screenings
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of DSP experience
