Job Summary
Conduct daily personal care and hygiene routines including feeding, medication administration, bathing, and showering. Perform light housework such as cooking and meal prep while maintaining accurate documentation of service notes and attendance. Provide transportation to medical appointments and outside activities, and offer behavioral support to manage potential outbursts or aggression. Maintain a valid driver's license with two years of consecutive driving experience and pass required background screenings. This role supports individuals with diverse needs within residential settings, offering opportunities for career advancement through our training programs and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License with 2 years of consecutive driving experience and less than 3 moving violations within the past 36 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/physical/TB/drug screenings
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed

- Minimum of 2 years of DSP experience
