Job Summary
Empower children and adults to develop daily life skills and encourage independence through personalized plans of care. Plan community events and outings while communicating with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team environment. This Full-Time role requires Monday-Friday 7am-3pm shifts with weekend availability and a current driver's license. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
