Job Summary
Empower adults to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care and encourage their independence. Plan community-building events and outings while communicating with residents, families, and guardians. Maintain accountability within a supportive team environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a current driver's license, and weekend availability. The position offers a full-time schedule from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday at an hourly rate of $19.06 to $19.44.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Weekend availability is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
