Provide individualized support for daily living activities, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings for individuals with developmental disabilities. Foster independence by assisting with life skills development and promoting social inclusion through community participation. Serve as a positive role model while collaborating effectively with supervisors, families, and the DSP team. Work 12-hour shifts with premium pay for weekends, requiring a valid NYS Driver's License with a clean history and successful completion of transportation orientation.
