Job Summary
Conduct direct client care including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, transferring, and positioning. Manage housekeeping duties such as cleaning living areas, making beds, washing dishes, and doing laundry. Monitor and redirect client behaviors to ensure safety while administering medications, planning meals, and arranging transportation. Assist clients with community participation and financial management. Perform these tasks every other weekend from 7am to 3pm. Candidates must pass a background check, hold a driver's license, and demonstrate strong communication skills and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass the Department of Human Services background check
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Fluent in English and have good communication skills
- Must show compassion and empathy to clients
- Must have a driver's license
- Every other weekend (7am - 3pm)
- Starting at $18/hr
