Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with IDD, including assistance with daily living tasks (housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning), personal care (bathing, dressing, toiletry; diaper changes), transportation to appointments, and scheduling. Document care using the electronic health record system; participate in private and community-based environments. Flexible part-time opportunities with paid training (CPR/first-aid, mindset, medication administration, infectious disease, seizure management) and benefits such as an optional 403(b). Strong interpersonal skills, dependability, and attention to detail are essential; must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
