Job Summary
Empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop daily life skills through personalized plans of care. Encourage resident independence and plan community-building events and outings. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians while belonging to a supportive team that holds one another accountable. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 10am as part of the Adult Residential North program. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a close-knit team of 2,700 employees across multiple facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams
- Open to learning new skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
